Collector's Notes: Michelle Obama wore a beautiful Narciso Rodriguez dress to a Congressional Black Caucus dinner in September of 2008. At that dinner her husband Barack Obama was given the Harold Washington Award. This beautiful dress was a peachy color with black accents. Narciso Rodriquez is one of those designers that are amongst Michelle Obama?s favorites.
