Collector's Notes: As usual Betsey is very out there and stylish when it comes to fashion! Here is her submitted sketch for the first Lady's dress, if she is given the privilege to dress her. We see she has included a floral brooch on the top left of the dress and pearls, all of this is Michelle's favorite (as we have seen in past outfits). And what is a Inauguration dress without the patriotic colors! So this is definitely a "could be" dress for that night!
