Tom Binn Necklace

(2008)

Company: Tom Binn, Page Six Magazine, NY Post
Collection: Accessories

Collector's Notes: This wonderful extravagant, but yet classy, necklace by Tom Binn was worn by Michelle on the day of the fundraiser: Obama for America, at Chelsea. Michelle was in an all black outfit, and this wonderful necklace made the outfit a "must have" and outstanding among all! That night Michelle received all kinds of wonderful comments, like Killoren Bensimon from Page Six Magazine of the NY Post stated "I told Michelle Obama she shouldn?t be called First Lady, but The Lady."

And another Brooch by Erickson Beamon

(2008)

Company: Erickson Beamon
Collection: Accessories

Collector's Notes: This is the third brooch that went with the other two brooches that Michelle wore to David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex at Hofstra University. And although they don't seem quite matching, they were perfectly combined with her blue dress and white pearls. This brooch as well is also designed by Erickson Beamon.

Company: Erickson Beamon
Collection: Accessories

Collector's Notes: Fact: Erickson Beamon is one of Michelle's favorite designer when it comes to brooches! These are two of the three lovely brooches that Michelle wore to the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex at Hofstra University. They went very good with the pearl necklace that accompanied them. Michelle, way to go queen of Brooches!

Michelle's Turquoise Starburst brooch (Erickson Beamon)

Michelle's Turquoise Starburst brooch

(2008)

Company: Erickson Beamon
Collection: Accessories

Collector's Notes: Another great brooch by Erickson Beamon is this one that Michelle used at the opening night of the Democratic National Convention. It was a great touch to her dress, and like Elizabeth Snead of the L.A. Times said "I even liked the turquoise and silver star pin that reminded me of Barack's Rising Sun campaign logo."
